Hargeisa (hornpost.com/) The Vice President of the Republic of Somaliland Mr Mohamed Ali Aw Abdi and the delegation he led in the last few days were on a business trip to Sanaag Region which included the Minister of Defense of Somaliland, the Minister of Transport and Road Development of Somaliland, the Commander of the Somaliland National Army, the Minister of State Internal Affairs of Somaliland, Deputy Minister of Investment of Somaliland, Governor of Sanaag Region, Members of the Somaliland Senate and the House of Representatives and the traditional leaders of Somaliland attended today and were present at a large event to nationalize the 2nd Division of the Civilian Army and their military vehicles.
The Vice President of the Republic of Somaliland and the Commander of the National Army of the Republic of Somaliland received the troops openly, and they tell them that from that hour they are part of the National Army of the Republic of Somaliland.

These forces were from the Habarjeclo community, Bicide Basanbur in the area of Erigavo City, they handed over the weapons and vehicles and their forces and I took over from the Vice President of Somaliland.
