Hargeisa — (Hornpost) The President of the Republic of Somaliland, H.E. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi (Cirro), this morning visited Hargeisa General Hospital, where he checked on several civilians injured during the recent unrest in the city of Borama.
During the visit, the President met patients individually, expressing sympathy and compassion while receiving brief updates on their medical conditions. He reassured the injured that the Government and people of Somaliland stand firmly with them, stressing that they are not alone during their recovery.
President Cirro praised the Ministry of Health, as well as the management and medical staff of Hargeisa General Hospital, for their continued efforts and professionalism in providing care to the wounded.
The President commended their dedication and sense of responsibility in serving the public during difficult circumstances.
The President also extended his condolences once again to the families affected by the incident and prayed to Almighty Allah to grant the injured a speedy and full recovery.
