Hargeisa (hornpost.com/) The Director-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Somaliland Mr. Mohamed Abdirahman is on a business trip to Ethiopia, especially the capital city of Addis Ababa, met with the senior officials of the Institute of Foreign Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation The Ethiopian government, including the Deputy Director Mr. Bereket Diriba.
Deputy Director Mr. Bereket Diriba warmly welcomed the Director-General to the headquarters of the IFA Institute, giving detailed information about the departments and functions of the Institute for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ethiopia in general.
The purpose of the meeting was to strengthen the cooperation between the two institutes of Foreign Affairs (IFA) and the Somaliland Institute of Diplomacy and International Affairs (SIDIA), to share experiences related to research, exchange knowledge, development and promotion of diplomatic skills.
The Director General from Somaliland is expected to continue his tour of Ethiopia in the coming days.
