Djibouti (Hornpost) The president of the Republic of Somaliland Mr. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdilahi (Cirro) who is still on his work trip to Djibouti had a breakfast meeting with the ambassadors of France, Ethiopia and the United Kingdom of England in the Republic of Djibouti.
The aim of the meeting was to discuss the situation of the region and the role of Somaliland.
The president of the Republic of Somaliland has addressed the ambassadors of France, Ethiopia and the United Kingdom in particular about the issues that include:
Cooperating with the security issues of the region and strengthening the stability cooperation in the Horn of Africa and resolving the disputes in the region, he said that Somaliland has an important role in the security and stability of the region.
President Abdirahman Irro has highlighted the importance of the East African region to help the security of the red sea and the white hands.
On the other hand, the president of the Republic of Somaliland talked with the three ambassadors about the development of the region’s economy, investment opportunities, facilitating the trade, and the development of infrastructure projects, and increasing humanitarian aid.
The president of the Republic of Somaliland has congratulated the ambassadors of these three countries for their relations and cooperation with the Republic of Somalia, especially the Ethiopian countries and the United Kingdom who have ambassadors/representatives in Somaliland while the French government urged them to open an office/ambassador in Somaliland.
