Nairobi (Hornpost) The president of the republic of Somaliland Dr. Abdirahman Mahamed Abdilahi (Irro) who is in Kenya for a visit had an important meeting with Mr. Dr. William Ruto, the president of the Republic of Kenya.
The two leaders discussed many important issues for both sides, including these issues:
- The cooperation between the two countries and strengthening the relationship between trade, investment, economic development and airplanes.
- Strengthening the peace and security of the region, especially the development of stability, prevention of extremism, and supporting the efforts of peace in the Horn of Africa
- Coalition of Education, educational exchange, empowerment of government institutions and development of technological skills training for youth.
That meeting was one of the two leaders who discussed the existing relationship between Somaliland and Kenya, which has a great history, respect, shared interest and united vision towards development and prosperity.
