Mogadishu, (Hornpost ) – The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mr. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, visited the ship “Oruc Reis”, which was engaged in oil exploration in our country, after the official completion of the oil survey off the coast of Somalia.
The president praised the Turkish workers and cooperation community for their efforts in this strategic survey, showing that the results of this investigation will make a big difference in the situation in Somalia and the cooperative relationship between the two countries.
“This is an important achievement that strengthens our goal of making Somalia fully utilize its resources, turning them into economic opportunities and social development. The government and the people of Turkey are always at the forefront of measures that show that Somalia can be invested”.
The President of the Republic pointed out the government’s efforts to develop the country’s economy through the utilization of natural resources that are rich in Somalia, which can meet the circumstances in our country.
