During his stay in Kenya, the minister will hold meetings with friends who support Somaliland in the field of development.

Last week, the Minister of Finance and Economic Development Republic of Somaliland Md. Abdillahi Hassan Aden announced at the meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Somaliland chaired by the President of the Republic of Somaliland Mr. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdilahi (Irro) that the country’s income has increased in the first 3 months of the 2025 budget year.
The minister said that fortunately there is an increase in income, which is 19% higher than in 2024. Also, the Minister said that the connection between the financial system of taxes due to the sale of electricity companies and telecommunications companies is going well, which will increase Somaliland’s income in the coming periods.
