Mr Malik Agar's trip to Djibouti relates to handing over to President Guelleh a written message from the President of the Sudanese Sovereign Council, Mr. Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan.
Revealed to the public, the main content of this message is essentially about the announcement of Sudan's willingness to reintegrate the IGAD of which, our country currently holds the rotating Presidency.
