President Guelleh takes part in the official inauguration of the Great Dam of the Renaissance of Ethiopia (GERD)

The Republic of Djibouti has a strategic partnership with Ethiopia, extending to all neuralgic sectors of cooperation, including electricity and water, two topics related to the inauguration dam.
