In this meeting led by the British Prime Minister, Starmer and the French President, Macron, the press release issued at the meeting decided: to work on a new plan to go again with Trump to bring an agreement with Russia to end the conflict in Ukraine.
The decisions of the conference also include strengthening the military and economic support of Ukraine, and at the same time expanding the economic sanctions on Russia.
Europe has said it guarantees Ukraine's security but added that the US must be a part of it. It is worth noting that the United States has repeated several times that it will never guarantee the security of Ukraine.
European leaders are facing a review of the future of NATO and European security, without United States.
