Doha – (Hornpost) His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar, received today His Excellency Mr. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdillahi Irro, President of the Somaliland Region, who is currently on an official visit to the country.
During the meeting, both sides discussed the latest developments in Somalia and exchanged views on the importance of supporting initiatives aimed at achieving security and stability across the region. They also explored ways to enhance dialogue and build mutual trust among all stakeholders.
His Excellency the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed Qatar’s firm belief that the future of Somalia must be shaped through inclusive engagement and constructive dialogue among all components of Somali society.
