Hargeisa, (Hornpost) The National Peace Committee of the Republic of Somaliland held a consultative meeting today with government representatives from the eastern regions, particularly Sool and Sanag.
The discussion focused on the prevailing security and drought situations in the two regions, as well as ways to strengthen collaboration between the government and local communities to reinforce peace and enhance humanitarian response efforts.
The Committee affirmed its commitment to continue working closely with state institutions and community organizations to ensure lasting stability and sustainable development across the country.
