Burao (hornpost.com/.net Togdher Regional Police forces have carried out an operation in Burco City and have seized small arms such as many knives and sticks to harm people.
The commander of the police department of Togdheer region, Lieutenant Colonel Khadar Farah speaking on the operation they carried out in Burao said “We were carrying out the instructions of the police chief to operate with daggers and clubs, we carried out an operation in the city of Burao where the police force seized knives and sticks of various types of weapons"
The commander of the police department of Togdheer region, Lieutenant Colonel Khadar Farah, also thanked the regional police forces that worked on this matter and said “I am grateful to the police force that worked on the matter and I suggest to the wider community of Togdheer region that the knife is a killer. Knives are a crime, knives and sticks are the same the operation is going on and I have to sell it to you. If you don't let go, the police will arrest you”
In Somaliland as a whole, the police forces are conducting operations to limit the weapons in the hands of the people
