Hargeisa (Hornpost.com) The President of the Republic of Somaliland, Mr. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdillahi (Irro) has today on 25/01/2025 issued a Presidential Decree with the symbol JSL/XM/GW/081-050/012025 on the Implementation of the 2025 Annual Budget. It was according to the President’s Decree as follows:- Implementation of the 2025 Annual Budget, When I saw: Article 90 of the Constitution of the Republic of Somaliland; When I saw: Article 75 of the Constitution of the Republic of Somaliland; When I received: House of Representatives Approval Decision (Decision No; GW/KF-10/06/2025) marked Ref; GW/G/14-10/06/2025, dated 25/01/2025, in the 2025 Annual Budget; I Produced; This implementation will be broadcast in the 2025 Annual Budget with a total amount of SL.SH/=3,894,462,279,363 (Three Tyrants, Eight Hundred and Ninety Four Billion, Four Hundred and Sixty Two Million, Two Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand, Three Hundred and Sixty Three Somaliland Shillings).
