"On behalf of the Republic of Somaliland, I congratulate President Donald Trump, who was inaugurated today as the 47th President of the United States of America," said the President of Somaliland in his message.
President Abdirahman Cirro indicated that he expects the United States to harmonize cooperation and the common interests of Somaliland towards world peace, democracy and economic growth.
The president of Somaliland also wished his American counterpart to lead his country as a researcher during his tenure.”
