Following the welcoming ceremony, the two leaders held a private tête-à-tête meeting, during which they exchanged views on key strategic issues concerning bilateral relations between Ethiopia and India.

This was followed by an expanded bilateral meeting involving delegations from both countries. The discussions focused on strengthening cooperation in trade and investment, digital transformation, and tourism, reflecting the shared development priorities and welfare interests of both nations.

During the talks, the two Prime Ministers underscored the importance of expanding investment opportunities and enhancing economic partnerships, particularly in sectors such as industry, technology, agriculture, and energy.
