Erigavo (Hornpost.com) The Vice President of the Republic of Somaliland Mr Mohamed Ali Aw Abdi and the delegation he led on a business trip to Erigavo, the capital of Sanaag Region, today held a large meeting with the Head of Culture of Sanaag Region. In that meeting, he was interviewed about the situation in Sanaag region and how to work together for the overall peace of the region
The officials of the delegation of the Vice President of the Republic of Somaliland speaking at the event gave in-depth information about the purpose of their trip and the role required of the cultural leaders of Sanag Region to take in the peacekeeping activities of Sanag Region of Somaliland, especially Erigavo City.
On the other hand, members of the cultural leaders of Sanag Region speaking at the forum emphasized the importance of peace for people, and underlined that they are ready to work with the delegation led by the Vice President of the Republic of Somaliland their activities for the pacification of Sanag Region, especially Erigavo City.
The Vice President of the Republic of Somaliland Mr Mohamed Ali Aw Abdi speaking at event thanked the people of Sanag for the wide reception they honored, and announced that the new government is committed to implementing development projects in Sanag Region.
At the end of the meeting the Vice President of the Republic of Somaliland Mr. Mohamed Ali Aw Abdi had meeting with the traditional leaders of Sanaag Region to take part to establish security in the region and to fully unite in order to continue the implementation of peace in Sanag Region.
