Presidents of East African countries dealing with the situation in Congo met in Tanzania.

The President of Congo argues that some of the leaders who organized this conference are part of the problem in his country.

Dara Salaam (Hornpost.com) – A conference to discuss the crisis in Congo opened today in Dara Salaam, the capital of Tanzania. The meeting was organized by the leaders of the East African Community Organization and was attended by leaders such as Kenyan President William Ruto, Rwandan President Paul Kagame, Somalia President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni, and Tanzanian President Samiya Saluhu Hassan.

In general, the president of his country in Congo, Mr. Felix Tshisekedi, is absent from this meeting and is participating remotely.
