Hargeisa (Hornpost.com) The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Somaliland Mr. Abdirahman Dahir Aden Bakal this morning received in his office the head of the Turkish government office in the Republic of Somaliland, Mr. Levent ceceri, the purpose of the meeting was to get to know each other and to further strengthen the relationship between the two countries.
